Award for Former Longham Scout

Tom Kelly, a Longham Scout until he 'came of age' last year, has been named Campaigner of the Year. While still with us, his mum caught him riding his bike without a helmet and since then he has spent two years encouraging people to wear them and raising money for Headway, the brain injury association.
